Refreshing Summer Drink Recipes | Coconut Lime Margaritas | Raspberry Limoncello Prosecco

Hello Damsels!

There is nothing better than making a fun and delicious drink in the the summer! We decided to share with you two drinks that are super easy to make and so refreshing! Don’t forget to follow us on Instagram and Twitter to stay updated on what we’re doing!


Raspberry Lemoncello Prosecco

What you’ll need:

Prosecco (any brand will be perfect)

Lemonade

Fresh Raspberries

Mint

Step 1. Smash together about 10 raspberries per glass in a plastic baggie.

Step 2. Fill glass with smashed raspberries and one part lemonade and two parts Prosecco.

Step 4. Garnish with fresh mint and raspberry.

And voilà!


Coconut Mint Margarita

What you’ll need:

1/2 Cup – Tequila

1/4 Cup – Fresh lime juice

2 Cups – Coconut Sorbet

5 Leaves of Fresh Mint

||Garnish||

1 Tb. – Shredded Coconut

2 Tbs. – Sugar

1 or 2 Mint Leaves

Fresh lime slice

Step 1. Muddle together 1 or 2 fresh mint leaves with coconut flakes in plastic baggie.

Step 2. Combine sugar with coconut and mint leaves.

Step 3. Blend together tequila, lime juice, and mint leaves until the mint is finely chopped.

Step 4. Add coconut sorbet and blend until all ingredients are combined.

Step 5. Pour contents from baggie onto plate. Dip rim of glass into lime juice and then dip into the coconut mixture to line the rim of the glass.

Step 6. Pour margarita into glass and garnish with a lime slice.
