Young and Hungry | Banana Ice Cream


Hello Damsels!

Ice cream is a great way to cool off in the crazy summer heat. Instead of chasing down the ice cream man, J & M have a quick and easy two-ingredient ice cream recipe exclusively for you, and it is absolutely delicious!

What you’ll need:

4 ripe bananas

1/4 cup almond milk (or whatever milk you desire)

Blender or food processor


Start by cutting up your bananas into small slices. Then place them in your freezer for 2-3 hours.


Put your frozen banana slices into a blender and puree them.


Add your almond milk to the banana puree and continue to blend until you have a creamy consistency.


You can either serve your ice cream right away for a soft-serve consistency, or you can put the ice cream in the freezer for a few hours for a harder ice cream.

Add any toppings you desire! Sprinkles are always our favorite!
