There are few things in this world better than eating food while watching football. Today J & M would like to share this ‘healthier’ version of buffalo chicken dip that you can easily make to take to your next Game Day party! Made with low-fat alternatives, this dip will have all your friends dying for more! This has been a favorite dip at many parties we have gone to and we are here today to share it with you all!
What You’ll Need:
3 cups shredded chicken
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
3 tbs ranch dry salad dressing & seasoning mix
1 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese (it’s cheese, we love cheese, add as much as you want really)
1 cup Franks Red Hot™ Buffalo Wing Sauce (feel free to add more or less)
1 (8oz) package 1/3 fat neufchatel cream cheese
Any kind of tortilla chips that your little heart desires.
Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Cook your chicken however you would like and then shred it.
In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, mozzarella cheese, and hot sauce until it is all well combined.
Add your shredded chicken to the combined ingredients and mix it in.
Grab your baking dish and put your mixture into it. Add a little bit of extra mozzarella cheese on the top for some extra cheesiness.
Put in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Serve warm with some of your favorite tortilla chips, or be super healthy and eat it with carrots or celery! Enjoy!
